Contrails International Aviation Academy, Inc. (CIAAI) started its operations in 2019. It was accredited as an Approved Training Organization (ATO) by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) on December 9, 2021 with ATO Certificate no. 2021-006. It offers modular pilot training programs to both Filipino and foreign nationals. The school is managed by former airline and Philippine Air Force (PAF) pilots, therefore, aspiring student-pilots can be certain that they will be provided with excellent quality training programs and they will be handled by professional flight instructors. CIAAI currently owns five (5) Cessna 172 and a Precision Flight Controls (PFC) Flight Simulator. Students are also provided with complementary facilities such as dormitory rooms, a flight planning area, and a library.
